Amanda Livermore

ICF Certified Coach

Location: South West

My definition of success is centered on fostering genuine connections and cultivating a thriving environment for those around me. As I engage in coaching, mentor coaching, and supervision, my primary objective is to empower fellow coaches to refine their practice according to their unique aspirations. I am dedicated to assisting them in cultivating self-acceptance, which subsequently enables more purposeful, practical, realistic, and enriching choices, actions, and interpersonal dynamics. The core principles guiding my work are rooted in the belief that our relationship with ourselves is paramount. I've observed that a disconnect from external elements often signals an internal disconnect. Therefore, by collaboratively establishing a supportive and safe space, engaging in attentive listening that captures both spoken and unspoken insights, and maintaining a present-moment awareness, we unlock significant opportunities for deeper contemplation and heightened awareness, ultimately restoring alignment within the individual. I possess a profound curiosity about human nature, exploring our thought processes, internal mechanisms, and their evolution. This exploration is key to fostering personal development and growth, beginning with self-connection, which then naturally extends to richer connections with others. Professionally, I am an ICF credentialed coach (PCC level), a Coach Supervisor, and a Coach Mentor. With over two decades of experience in learning and development, I remain steadfastly committed to ethical, high-quality partnerships that champion growth for everyone involved. My expertise spans individual, organizational, and group development, with a particular emphasis on executive coaching and relational systems. I collaborate with emerging, new, and established leaders to elevate the quality of their relationships, thinking, actions, and overall outcomes, both individually and for their teams, all within a grounded, human-centered approach. My aim is to cultivate inclusive, welcoming, secure, and innovative environments where individuals can flourish. Feedback from others highlights my blend of sharp intellect and genuine warmth. Participants have described sessions led by me as "professionally inspiring and confidence-building in facilitation settings" and my coaching as "transformational." My inspiration stems from the Thinking Environment Approach, and I am eager to integrate this methodology into organizations to create fertile ground for inclusive, quality-driven thinking.
