Amanda White brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in Human Resources, cultivated within three global pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. As the Director of Confluence Coaching Ltd, she guides individuals and organizations through transitions, addressing both professional shifts and personal challenges, including medical and wellness concerns. Amanda's coaching approach is rooted in Ontological coaching principles, honed through her training with Newfield, emphasizing a holistic integration of mind, body, and emotions. She is an accredited member of both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Medical Coaching International (MCI). Beyond her professional practice, Amanda dedicates her coaching expertise to supporting the missions of two charitable organizations: SmartWorks and the Fountain Centre, where she assists individuals affected by cancer.
