Anna Morgan is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of dedicated service within the NHS and Social Care sectors. Her expertise lies in leadership development, enhancing quality, conducting cultural assessments and investigations, and driving workforce evolution. As an experienced coach, Anna integrates a trauma-informed perspective into her practice. Throughout her tenure as a Director, she held extensive leadership responsibilities, overseeing a diverse range of complex clinical services across various settings. Anna also contributes her insights as a member of the East of England Clinical Senate Council, participating in advisory panels for significant service changes, mergers, and closures. In her leadership capacities, she has served as a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian and a Hearing Officer for numerous disciplinary proceedings.
