For the past five years, as the Director of CRe8learning Ltd, she has collaborated with international clients in the Retail and Defence sectors. In this role, she has successfully guided diverse teams and cultures in developing and implementing effective training programs, alongside providing personalized one-to-one coaching to business professionals.
