About
Claudine DESLANDRES is a coach based in Louviers, located an hour from Paris, her hometown. She readily serves clients throughout the western Paris region and Normandy, extending her services nationwide and internationally via videoconference. Her commitment to the coaching community is evident in her leadership roles. She served as President of the ICF Normandy chapter from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently held a position on the ICF France Board of Directors, focusing on communications from 2018 to 2021. Claudine returned to co-lead the ICF Normandy chapter from 2022 to 2024, and has been a member of the ICF France Board of Directors since 2025. She is a co-creator of the coaching game "Graines d'Audace" and the accompanying training program for coaches and trainers, as well as "La Box IKIGAI®," a program designed to help individuals find meaningful and enjoyable professional activities. Both of these training offerings are ICF-accredited and provide CCEUs. Claudine brings over 1100 hours of coaching experience and more than 1400 hours of training experience to her practice.
