Dr. Williams holds the distinction of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a registered Chartered Coaching Psychologist (349981) and a member of the British Psychological Society. Her academic credentials include a doctorate in mental health, help-seeking, and public involvement, along with Master's degrees in Coaching and Development and Social Research. She also possesses an ILM7 in Coaching Supervision. Additionally, she is a certified Mental Fitness Coach and a certified practitioner of several assessment tools frequently employed in coaching, including KornFerry ESCI, Climate, Traits and Drivers, Insightful Leader 360, Team Performance Accelerator, the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi), and BarOn Emotional Quotient -360 (EQ-360). With nearly three decades of experience in clinical settings, Dr. Williams' career began in primary care and public health. She has since worked within major hospital trusts and most recently held a national director position in Wales. Her advisory roles have extended to policy development for both the Welsh and UK Governments, and she has contributed to numerous national and local transformation initiatives, providing coaching support to individuals, programs, and processes. Her expertise in mental health literacy, disclosure, and help-seeking is further evidenced by her published works.
