She currently holds a Non-Executive Director position at the British Business Bank and has previously contributed to the Financial Reporting Council, Sport England, and Plan UK in similar capacities. Furthermore, she acts as an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK and is a regular speaker at UK business schools, addressing topics such as diversity within the financial services sector. Professionally certified by the International Coach Federation (PCC), Eilish holds a postgraduate degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of London (BPS).
