With extensive experience spanning several decades in executive search and senior corporate roles, including establishing and divesting her own consulting firm, and subsequently holding Chief Commercial Officer and Board positions within a global life sciences organization, Emma possesses a profound understanding of both professional triumphs and the detrimental effects of burnout. This practical, industry-honed insight, combined with her Henley executive coaching qualifications and EMCC/ICF accreditations, provides her a distinctive advantage in her coaching practice. Emma holds a unique certification allowing her to conduct coaching sessions within Ashdown Forest. Through her nature-based retreats and individual sessions there, she facilitates innovative thinking and guides leaders in rediscovering their creativity, purpose, and a sense of joy. She is also a co-founder of the Diverse Directors Programme, an initiative dedicated to empowering leaders from underrepresented communities to confidently pursue and secure Executive and Non-Executive Director positions. As a neurodivergent coach, personally navigating ADHD and dyslexia, Emma is deeply committed to assisting leaders in leveraging their distinct talents and transforming their differences into powerful assets. Outside her professional pursuits, Emma enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and paddleboarding, and contributes her time volunteering on Ashdown Forest alongside her dog, Boggins.
