Eva possesses over two and a half decades of experience in Leadership Development and Change management. Her coaching practice is enriched by her prior experience in senior leadership roles within multinational corporations, combined with a profound insight into human behavior and the dynamics of change. Her passion lies in empowering leaders to leverage their peak capabilities, fostering robust collaboration to creatively address both organizational and interpersonal challenges. Eva's methodologies are grounded in contemporary research within the executive development sphere. Eva holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and a Master of Science in Executive and Team Coaching from HULT Ashridge Executive Education (2019). She is presently pursuing studies in Coaching and Organisational Supervision and is certified in the neuroscience of change. Eva is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is an active member of the ICF and the Future of Coaching Collaboration.
