Fabienne is an expert in driving change, business development, efficiency, and leadership, specializing in facilitating transformations and fostering sustainable behavioral and attitudinal shifts. A French national, Fabienne brings over two decades of extensive corporate experience across diverse industries and numerous countries. Following her MBA from Clemson University, USA in 1994, she has lived and worked globally, including France, the United States, Spain, Japan, and South Africa, and is currently based in the UK. Her career has involved successfully developing sales and leading teams internationally within various sectors such as sports, retail, manufacturing, wholesale, marketing, food, fashion, ERP, and AI. She holds ICF and COMENSA PCC certifications and a Postgraduate degree in Leadership and Coaching from SACAP (2015). As a certified LMI facilitator and practitioner in Neurozone, NLP, Hogan 360, and Praditus assessments, Fabienne designs and delivers development coaching programs. Her expertise includes training and facilitation on complex sales, communication, goal setting, diversity, change management, efficiency improvement, and leadership. Her coaching engagements encompass individual, group, and team coaching, as well as bespoke retreats and seminars focused on team building, vision setting, motivation, and leadership development.
