Hazel Chapman brings more than a decade of experience as an external professional coach, focusing on executive, leadership team, and board development. Her expertise also extends to leadership education, with a particular emphasis on people leadership. Currently, Hazel offers coach supervision for professionals within the leadership coaching sector and is pursuing accreditation from the Coaching Supervision Academy. Her coaching approach is significantly informed by comprehensive training in systemic constellations and somatic coaching methodologies. Operating through her own venture, Courage2Lead (www.courage2lead.com), Hazel also collaborates with Duke Corporate Education (www.dukece.com). Previously, Hazel served as the VP of HR for GlaxoSmithKline's Global Vaccine Supply chain, a role based in Brussels. Now residing in her native London, she continues to engage in international work and thrives in cross-cultural environments.
