Iain Johnston brings over 15 years of experience in coaching senior leaders across the community, voluntary, and faith-based organizations. He holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. In addition to coaching, Iain offers spiritual direction and is a certified facilitator in conflict resolution. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that individuals possess inherent creativity, resourcefulness, and completeness. Iain guides clients to discover their own goals and strategies for personal and professional growth, aligning their actions with a deeper sense of purpose and dedication in both their lives and careers. For the past 14 years, Iain has been actively involved with Faith in Community Scotland, a charity dedicated to empowering local individuals to realize their potential. The organization achieves this by providing facilitation, coaching, funding, and training opportunities. Currently serving as the Director, Iain oversees the overall operations and provides support to the staff, volunteers, and others involved in the charity's mission. Outside of his professional life, Iain is a husband and father. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through running and cycling. He also finds fulfillment in leading a community choir and pursuing his musical interests on the piano and saxophone.
