She possesses a profound understanding of the retail sector, stemming from her extensive tenure with the John Lewis Partnership. During her leadership of the Organizational Development department, she pioneered a people-centric change management framework that supported the company's business modernization efforts. Subsequently, she established and directed the Group Talent function for both Waitrose and John Lewis, concentrating on talent cultivation, diversity initiatives, and succession planning to support the company's expansion, with a particular emphasis on leadership development at the board level. Her career also encompasses commercial management and leadership of change programs, working with both conventional and dispersed teams. Jane holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is also a graduate of an advanced certificate program in Executive Coaching and possesses a diploma in Systemic Team Coaching. As an accredited professional with the International Coaching Federation, she is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jane is certified to administer a range of psychometric assessments, including MBTI, FIRO-B, NEO-PI, Hogan, and Career Storm Navigator.
