Joanna Bown holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), a testament to her extensive expertise. With more than 4,600 hours dedicated to coaching, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice. For the past 25 years, Joanna has served as an Executive Coach, leading Distinctions Executive Coaching. Her firm specializes in supporting corporate executives, senior leaders, and their teams, as well as individual professionals navigating complex challenges in strategy, leadership, relationships, and life transitions. Joanna draws upon a diverse toolkit, including Integral Coaching, Leadership Development, Somatic Intelligence, Systemic Constellations for Business, the Enneagram, and facilitating human behavior change to foster meaning. She is committed to continuous learning within these fields to ensure her coaching remains at the forefront of current knowledge and practice. Prior to her coaching career, Joanna spent a decade in Corporate Banking with Citigroup, South Africa. In her role as Senior Vice President, she managed multinational clients across various industries. She also contributed to the oversight of the multinational business segment for the CEEMEA region from both Brussels and London, covering 16 industries in 38 countries.
