With more than two decades of experience as a coach, Jonathan Passmore is a chartered psychologist. His professional background includes serving on boards of directors and working with major organizations such as PWC and IBM. Jonathan has provided coaching to a diverse range of clients, including government officials, public sector leaders, prominent figures, and board members. His extensive academic achievements include five degrees, notably a doctorate in psychology. He has significantly advanced the field of coaching through his prolific writing, with over thirty books and one hundred scientific articles focusing on coaching methodology and scholarly inquiry. Among his notable publications are 'Excellence in Coaching,' 'Leadership Coaching,' and 'Top Business Psychology Models.' Currently, Jonathan directs the Henley Centre for Coaching and holds an academic position as a professor at the University of Evora in Portugal.
