With over two decades of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, encompassing sales, retail, and manufacturing, Kate brings a wealth of commercial insight. Prior to establishing her independent practice, she directed Unilever UK’s commercial capability program and served as the company's internal executive and careers coach. Kate is also a seasoned facilitator and trainer, contributing her expertise to assessment centers for high-potential talent. A significant highlight of Kate’s tenure at Unilever was her role as an internal coach for the Purpose in Leadership program. She guided hundreds of individuals in integrating their personal purpose into their development plans, leadership approaches, and career decisions, maintaining connections with many past coachees. Since launching her own business, Kate has expanded her coaching reach into diverse industries through associate engagements and her extensive network within commercial leadership and L&D circles. She also consults with organizations on cultivating a coaching culture through the Academy of Executive Coaching, leveraging her sales acumen and passion for coaching as a development tool. Additionally, as a qualified Supervisor, Kate provides developmental support to fellow coaches. Her recent qualification as a Systemic Team Coach further enhances her ability to support teams and organizational change initiatives. Kate is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach, possessing a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in corporate environments. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to make confident professional and life choices. Her coaching methodology helps clients overcome obstacles, move forward, and adopt a proactive mindset.
