Since 2019, Lara Langman has been an active participant in the International Coach Federation (ICF). Holding an ACC credential, she is a strong advocate for high standards in the coaching profession and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. Lara embarked on her coaching journey in 2016, seeking a fulfilling career shift. She achieved her ICF ACC credential in 2019. Her coaching is informed by 18 years of experience in Learning and Development, during which she traveled extensively, delivering global leadership programs for diverse clients. Before her career in leadership development, Lara practiced corporate and banking law, giving her valuable insight into the experiences of professionals in the legal field. Having personally navigated a significant career transition, Lara now dedicates her coaching practice to assisting women in discovering their authentic path. She guides them in leveraging their innate strengths, empowering them to fully embrace their identity and purpose, ultimately enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve professional success. Recognizing the substantial time we dedicate to our careers, Lara firmly believes in the importance of finding work that brings joy, utilizes one's talents, and imbues life with meaning and purpose. This might involve a complete career change, launching a new venture, or even cultivating a deeper sense of purpose within an existing role. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lara finds enjoyment in outdoor pursuits like long-distance hiking, engaging in family board game nights, exploring new destinations, and sharing delightful meals with loved ones.
