Laura James was initially motivated by a strong desire for enhancing services and fostering teamwork. She previously held key strategic positions at local, regional, and national levels within the maternity field, serving as a champion for service users. However, she discovered she could create more significant impact by partnering with individuals to help them realize their inherent capabilities. With close to 15 years of expertise in facilitation, training, mentoring, and coaching, Laura partners with clients to prioritize their personal growth and overall well-being. After launching her coaching practice in 2021, she earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation in the summer of 2023. Her clients include professionals from the National Health Service, educators, and leaders and staff within the charitable sector. Approaching her work with empathy and inquisitiveness, Laura provides attentive listening, keen observation, and a blend of reflective insights and supportive challenges. This approach empowers clients to achieve their desired transformations. Laura's coaching sessions are tailored entirely to the individual, focusing on what is important to them, what they wish to change, and the practical steps they can take to realize those changes.
