Lee Chalmers brings over two decades of extensive coaching experience, cultivating a successful international practice. Currently, Lee serves as an Executive Coach at both the London Business School and the University of Edinburgh School of Business, in addition to holding a Mentor Coach position at Henley Business School. Lee is also actively involved as a coach for the Clore Leadership programme and the Obama Foundation Fellowship. Academically, Lee holds a BA and MA in Philosophy, an MSc in Gender, Policy and Inequalities, a certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, a PGCert in Social and Political Science, an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology, and a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. As a Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Lee completed training at The Newfield Network and The Teleos Leadership Institute, adhering strictly to the ICF Code of Ethics. Further professional development includes Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). In the realm of organizational and leadership development, Lee is a certified practitioner of the Barratt Values Assessment and the Oshry Organisational Workshop, and has completed the When Cultures Meet workshops. Lee also possesses training in Organisational Constellations, a tool for systemic diagnosis and intervention. Furthermore, Lee is British Psychological Society Level A and B qualified, proficient in administering the NEO PI-R psychometric tool, and accredited in the EQi2.0 and Hogan Personality Assessment tools.
