She equips coaches with a broad range of techniques, enabling them to select the optimal intervention based on client objectives and needs. Her coaching approach is client-centered, fostering a high-challenge, high-support environment designed to drive transformation and encourage self-directed learning. Lynsey has significant experience working with boards and senior leadership teams, assisting them in improving communication, collaboration, and in defining collective purpose, values, and goals. Notably, she has guided high-achieving senior teams from siloed operations and internal competition towards greater cohesion, while also coaching executive leaders on Emotional Intelligence and Situational Leadership to better support their teams.
