Currently, she serves internally within a Swedish company as a part-time consultant, coaching leaders through transitions and overseeing HR functions. Martina also has experience as a Project Manager, successfully implementing digital employee portals for clients. She attributes successful change initiatives to clear management and broad engagement from executive teams and key personnel. Additionally, Martina manages the real estate company MM Fastigheter, where she has gained expertise in addressing generational transitions within family-owned businesses.
