Michael William Pearson concluded a distinguished 37-year career in the NHS in Scotland in 2021, having held senior management positions, including roles at the Trust Board level. He completed his coaching certification with Full Circle in 2014 and achieved ICF ACC Accreditation in 2021, with his accreditation up for revalidation in 2024. Post-retirement, Michael dedicates his coaching practice to supporting NHS Boards and also serves as a coach for Know You More.
