Feeling swamped, overthinking, or unsure how to move forward despite a strong inner drive? Do you find yourself saying "yes" too often, leading to anxiety? We all navigate life with unique experiences, preferences, and individual makeup. Recognizing that ADHD and neurodivergence in general require a tailored strategy, grounded in personal needs, is key. My coaching approach centers on empowering you to collaborate with yourself more effectively. We'll focus on harnessing your existing strengths and abilities to unlock your full potential. You’ve already achieved successes, and the goal now is to build upon them and excel further. My background includes a personal journey with neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, and giftedness), over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, and direct involvement with ADHD support groups, alongside my role as a trustee for the Scottish ADHD Coalition. Additional areas of expertise include a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ experiences and providing support for individuals whose primary language is not English. All coaching sessions are conducted online. If you're seeking a supportive environment to explore and gain deeper self-awareness, with a gentle nudge towards growth, a complimentary introductory call is available. Further details can be found on my website and blog, which features insightful articles, reflective pieces, and occasional lighthearted content. I maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and Bluesky.
