In this role, he leverages his enthusiasm for fostering individual and team growth, combined with his expertise in agile methodologies, to enhance collaborative workflows and optimize software delivery for teams. He manages a dedicated team of Agile Coaches, Practice Leads, and Engineering Coaches who are focused on elevating engineering proficiency within ASOS. Paul brings a diverse background of professional experience, having worked with organizations of various sizes across multiple sectors. His previous roles span industries such as insurance and banking, as well as the high-pressure environment of Formula 1 racing.
