Rachel Daniel holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and also serves as a coach supervisor, mentor, and training facilitator. She manages her own coaching and supervision business and contributes to the UK ICF as a board director. Additionally, she works as a consultant coach and trainer for the Academy of Executive Coaches (AoEC). Prior to her coaching career, Rachel accumulated extensive experience in senior leadership and board positions within various industries, including restaurant operations, recruitment, human resources, training, talent management, and business networking. Her background spans roles in FTSE 100 and 250 corporations, as well as startups and small to medium-sized enterprises. Rachel collaborates with both individuals and organizations, with a particular focus on large corporations across diverse sectors. Her coaching engagements frequently address leadership growth, navigating promotions and role transitions, defining business vision and strategy, enhancing stakeholder relations, career planning and pivots, and developing professional and personal effectiveness. Her specialized areas of expertise include nurturing high-potential talent, supporting transitions into senior leadership and board appointments, maximizing impact within the initial 100 days of a new role, and fostering improved well-being and resilience amidst stressful periods and burnout.
