Rebecca Stevens began her career in 2001 as a business psychologist, specializing in aligning individuals, including senior executives, with optimal organizational roles. Through extensive research and direct collaboration with leaders across public and private sectors, she developed a deep understanding of leadership by profiling and assessing hundreds of individuals and creating various behavioral models. Leveraging this profound knowledge, Rebecca shifted her focus to one-on-one coaching, empowering leaders to fully integrate into and maximize their potential within their roles. Her diverse experience spans numerous industries, providing her with a comprehensive view of effective leadership in both public and private environments. She has guided leaders in sectors such as technology and information services, construction and engineering, housing, energy, local and central government, law enforcement, public health, and non-profit organizations. Rebecca employs a holistic coaching methodology rooted in her psychology background. She addresses leadership development by considering both professional responsibilities and personal circumstances, engaging with the entire individual and their unique contributions to their leadership position. She utilizes exercises and tools to facilitate self-discovery, helping clients identify and cultivate their inherent strengths, capabilities, resilience, and self-assurance. Drawing on principles of positive psychology, Rebecca assists leaders in uncovering their distinct advantages. Her approach emphasizes empowerment rather than prescribing a specific leadership mold; she equips individuals with the resources and confidence to discover and refine their authentic leadership style. Through insightful questioning, she guides clients to find their motivation and implement effective change. Rebecca views the coaching relationship as a collaborative partnership for thought, offering support and guidance as clients navigate their paths. Known for her blend of "kindness with inner steel," she fearlessly guides clients through challenging issues and difficult emotions, always with compassion and unwavering support. She believes strongly in the transformative power of leadership coaching for both the individuals she coaches and their teams. Rebecca is dedicated to supporting her clients through significant, positive transformations, enabling them to confidently lead healthier and more engaged teams. **Credentials and Tools:** Rebecca is a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council and a Chartered Psychologist (Occupational & Coaching) registered with the British Psychological Society.
