Sarah Leach is an executive coach who established her independent practice in 2013. Her extensive background, spanning a decade within the utility sector, equipped her with a deep understanding of leading and facilitating organizational transformation. She has a proven track record of guiding teams and individuals through periods of change and business integration, empowering them to move forward with assurance. Academically, Sarah is a lecturer in coaching at Henley Business School. She also played a key role as co-editor for the publication ‘Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching’ (released January 2022) and has contributed to several influential coaching books, including ‘The Coaches Handbook’, ‘Succeeding as a Coach’, and ‘Coaching Tools’. Before joining the faculty, she dedicated four years to Henley Business School as the lead career coach for executive MBA students, overseeing the career and professional development curriculum. Beyond her practice and academic commitments, Sarah is an active participant in Coaching Reading, a collective of coaches committed to supporting local charities and businesses in the Reading area. Sarah thrives on partnering with high-performing individuals. Her coaching approach focuses on helping clients achieve their full potential, bring clarity to complex situations, and identify their next developmental steps. She guides clients to advance with confidence and clear direction, enabling them to make intentional choices and take decisive action. Her coaching style is characterized by a calm, intuitive demeanor, underpinned by natural strengths in empathy, compassion, fostering strong relationships, and nurturing the growth of others. Sarah is currently completing her MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change.
