Understanding that the financial impact of this crisis may affect some clients, Stephen is open to discussing adjusted rates for those whose household income has been reduced due to the Coronavirus. He kindly requests that clients whose financial situations remain unchanged continue to pay the standard rate. This allows him to offer concessions to those most in need during this challenging time.
