Having personally experienced the positive impact of executive coaching throughout his accomplished leadership journey, Steven Cox is a fervent advocate for its transformative power. His firsthand understanding of the pressures and practicalities inherent in senior executive roles allows him to connect deeply with his clients. Steven partners with leaders and executives from diverse sectors, with a particular focus on supporting individuals from underrepresented groups, including women. His coaching empowers clients to gain profound self-awareness, clarify their aspirations, and achieve their objectives with enhanced confidence, authenticity, and impact. Academically, Steven holds an MBA from Henley Management College. Furthering his expertise, he possesses a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, and is currently pursuing a Masters (MSc) in Coaching. Professionally, Steven is recognized as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC credentialed coach and a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Senior Practitioner credentialed coach and mentor. He also holds the distinguished titles of Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) and Chartered IT Professional (CITP).
