With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Vicky has a rich background in business turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and executive coaching for individuals and their teams. Until May 2024, she served as a People Consulting Partner at EY, and she now dedicates her expertise as an independent Leadership Coach to senior executives and their core teams.
