With over a decade of corporate experience, including ten years within a Big 4 firm, I've guided significant global change initiatives and held multiple leadership roles. My final position was Chief of Staff to a Global Technology Consulting Leader at EY. This extensive background has shown me how even highly successful individuals can advance rapidly without fully defining their own direction. I integrate this practical expertise in strategy, organizational change, and project execution into my coaching practice.
