Anna Rydergren brings over three decades of corporate leadership experience from major companies to her coaching practice. Driven by a lifelong ambition to run her own business, Anna transitioned from a career in Stockholm to establish herself as an entrepreneur in Umeå. Since August 2024, she has also taken on the role of co-owner and CEO at SHIFT Education. Her extensive leadership background includes numerous management positions at industry giants like Telia, IBM, and Ericsson. In these roles, Anna was responsible for the operational management of large-scale organizations and functions, spearheading significant strategic transformations at the corporate level. In 2022, Anna enhanced her expertise by completing coach and leadership coach training. She has further cultivated her coaching skills through specialized certifications in areas such as ACT, Transformational Coaching, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coaching. Anna is a results-oriented and trustworthy professional with a high level of commitment. Her work is fueled by a deep passion for individual development and well-being. She fosters strong, trusting relationships through her calm demeanor, exceptional listening abilities, and a foundation built on respect, freedom, and joy.
