He forged a decade-long career as a competitive athlete, a journey significantly impacted by a severe injury that rerouted his path. Subsequently, he achieved considerable professional growth, transitioning from a sales role to become an International Marketing Manager, and even leading a subsidiary. Harnessing the lessons learned from both his athletic endeavors and his ascent in the business world, Benoît now dedicates himself to sharing the principles of achievement and high performance. He firmly believes that leaders and managers possess the qualities of elite athletes and that top athletes, often unknowingly, cultivate valuable skills transferable to the corporate environment.
