Cécile Guinnebault’s professional journey was shaped unexpectedly when she discovered the game of Go during her formative years, a period typically dedicated to formal studies. This experience imparted a distinctive way of thinking that continues to define her coaching approach. Her engagement with Go led her to a consultancy firm, where she spent the first decade of her career. In this role, she served as a training engineer, management and organization consultant, and project manager. During this time, she pursued further education in Sociodynamics and the fundamentals of organizational sociology. In 2003, Cécile transitioned into corporate coaching at the request of her clients, at a time when coaching was a relatively nascent profession in France.
