She also possesses an Activision-Coaching certificate, an ACTP-accredited program by ICF, the International Coach Federation, of which she is a member. An expert in intergenerational management, Déborah is also actively involved with children's associations. A member of Generation Y, Déborah exhibits a deep interest in Generations Z and Alpha, while valuing the experience of Generation X. Her ambition led her to Toronto, Canada, where she broadened her skillset in intercultural communication before returning to France. In her ten years with a family-run SME, Déborah gained comprehensive experience across various departments, including logistics, sales, procurement, accounting, human resources, and export. This diverse background, with a strong focus on communication and international business, solidifies her management expertise. Through careful observation, active listening, and adaptability, each of these roles contributed to her growth in relational skills and competencies. As a certified mediation coach, Déborah now leverages these valuable assets to support her clients.
