Delphine Beauquesne initiated her professional journey as a tax attorney at Arthur Andersen, where her work encompassed significant transformation and M&A projects. She subsequently held various tax-related positions at Pernod Ricard, both in France and North America. In these roles, she contributed to the group's successive acquisitions before moving into regional tax leadership positions in the Americas and then the EMEA region. Later, Delphine spearheaded the Group's Diversity and Inclusion strategic initiative, reporting directly to senior leadership. This initiative garnered external recognition and awards twice in 2018 for its innovative and effective approach. Delphine also managed the Group's mentoring programs and provided internal coaching services. After accumulating 25 years of diverse, cross-cultural experience in the corporate world, Delphine now supports individuals and teams through their transformation journeys. In addition to her law degree, Delphine holds a specialization in taxation (DESS from the University of Burgundy) and a Master's degree in Human Resources (Paris II). She is also a certified coach, having completed the Global Executive Coaching Certificate at HEC Paris.
