Her extensive global professional background, spanning thirty-five years across four continents, deeply informs her coaching practice. This experience ranges from her early career as a war correspondent in Central America to her work in the People's Republic of China, where she became the first certified coach supervisor. Edith positions her engagements at the intersection of business, individual growth, and organizational development, aiming to foster the creation and implementation of 21st-century global leadership. Keenly aware of current transformations, she established and currently leads the Digital-Artificial Intelligence and Coaching Commission within the International Coaching Federation - France chapter.
