Six years ago, following her return from Asia, she established her leadership and team coaching practice in France. With over 12 years of experience, Elisabeth collaborates closely with executives, managers, and teams to understand desired transformations, foster innovative approaches, and achieve sustainable, impactful results that enhance individual, team, and organizational performance and well-being. She employs a supportive yet challenging methodology, drawing upon a range of tools including systemic approaches, neuroscience, and appreciative inquiry. Her tenure includes significant contributions to global companies such as BASF, Catalina, Westfield, and Adecco, alongside startups like Kabira, where she served in leadership capacities. This background has provided her firsthand experience with prevalent business transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and matrix organizational structures, granting her profound insight into their impact on individuals and teams. Elisabeth is also dedicated to social responsibility and inclusion, offering pro bono coaching to two organizations: "la Cravate Solidaire" and "60 000 rebonds." She firmly believes that unlocking human potential leads to enhanced performance, fulfillment, and balance.
