Six years ago, following her return from Asia, she established her leadership and team coaching practice in France. This background has provided her firsthand experience with prevalent business transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and matrix organizational structures, granting her profound insight into their impact on individuals and teams. Elisabeth is also dedicated to social responsibility and inclusion, offering pro bono coaching to two organizations: "la Cravate Solidaire" and "60 000 rebonds." She firmly believes that unlocking human potential leads to enhanced performance, fulfillment, and balance.
