Throughout her management and support experiences, she discovered immense satisfaction in listening, nurturing individual potential, respecting differences, and witnessing personal growth. Driven by this passion, she founded Ipsum in 2004 to bring this developmental approach to businesses and organizations. Her aim is to enhance company performance by helping each individual identify concrete, customized strategies to excel in their roles.
