About Françoise BOSSUET: After a fulfilling career as a healthcare professional, first in hospitals and schools, and then as a technical advisor to an academic inspector, I transitioned from public service to establish myself as a professional coach. Coaching proved to be a profound revelation, perfectly aligning with my aspirations and needs. This discovery ignited a passion within me, opening up new avenues of opportunity. My personal growth, bolstered by four years of psychoanalysis and eight years of psychotherapy, experienced accelerated progress through coaching, particularly via CTI training and the Playground programs. I feel an immense sense of gratitude for the path life has presented. I believe in the power of meaningful connections, seeing them not as chance encounters but as destined meetings. Goethe's words resonate deeply: "Whatever you can do or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it." Driven by a desire to create and share, I realized my calling is to impart knowledge, leading to the founding of the coaching school, Emergitude. I receive ongoing supervision from Cathy Lemer, and my personal and professional development remains a continuous journey. My background as an actress and director provides me with unique skills that enhance my work in team coaching and training. Furthermore, my practice of yoga and meditation contributes to my inner peace and well-being, qualities I find essential in my coaching practice.
