GAUTHIER GAUTHIER is a Co-managing Director at Serensys, driven by a passion for unlocking human potential and fostering the significant role businesses play in addressing global challenges of the future. In 2013, she established her first venture, UP!ACADEMY, designed to equip organizations with the methodologies needed to cultivate the potential and leadership skills of their executives and managers, while also supporting their overall well-being. Gauthier honed her expertise over nearly 15 years in senior leadership positions within prominent multinational French corporations, including L'Oréal and Groupe SEB. She successfully led teams through demanding periods characterized by crisis, heavy workloads, and elevated expectations. This firsthand experience fuels her commitment to empowering executives and teams to navigate their professional challenges effectively. To further this mission, she underwent specialized training in coaching methodologies with Canadian and American experts, focusing on enhancing individual and collective performance and stress management for leaders and their teams. In 2017, she joined forces with Antoine Baron, pooling their expertise to serve clients' developmental aspirations. Alongside Virginie Perrier, Gauthier now co-directs Serensys, dedicated to "awakening organizations to their highest future potential, for a more human and responsible enterprise." They guide executives, managers, and leaders, both men and women, who are eager to elevate their own capabilities and those of their teams, or to spearhead large-scale transformation projects by engaging and co-creating with their workforce. Their ultimate goal is to help these individuals overcome obstacles and realize their ambitions of becoming impactful leaders and change agents. They achieve this by providing and imparting effective strategies for managing individual, collective, and organizational change, paving the way for a future enterprise that is simultaneously high-performing, humane, and accountable.
