Laetitia du Doré became a certified Professional and Personal Coach in 2019, following a 15-year career as an HR Manager in the industrial, IT, and personal services sectors. Concurrently, driven by a strong belief in the brain's potential, she completed training in EEGq Neurofeedback coaching at the Neurosens Institute. Her extensive experience in Human Resources provided her with valuable insights into employee support and fostered strong relationships with leaders and managers, whom she guided in their leadership roles. Building upon this professional and personal foundation, Laetitia now coaches individuals navigating significant life transitions, pivotal decisions, moments of uncertainty, challenges, or periods of self-reflection. Her aim is to empower clients to achieve their desired outcomes by fostering self-awareness, revealing new perspectives, and facilitating actionable steps that align their lives with their core values and needs, ultimately enhancing their well-being and performance.
