WORK EXPERIENCE: Lena possesses significant experience in managing finance functions internationally and has served on global leadership teams. Her background includes roles as Global Head of Finance, CFO/Finance within corporate functions, and within business units. She has comprehensive leadership and management experience from various positions across major banking and financial institutions, within global finance departments, PMO/IT, and project organizations. She has a proven track record in developing teams and fostering collaboration across diverse cultures, functions, and expertise. Lena has led global initiatives and projects focused on transformation, change management, and process improvement, consistently emphasizing human-centric approaches. She has successfully partnered with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders globally. Her extensive experience covers all facets of the leadership HR lifecycle, including career and succession planning, talent identification, goal setting, performance reviews, and aligning objectives with business strategies. This also includes recruitment, skills development, and career progression for employees. COACHING EXPERTISE: Lena has consistently integrated a coaching approach into her leadership practice since 2000. She is currently a coach on several digital coaching platforms and a mentor for Akavia, in addition to managing her private coaching practice.
