With over two decades of experience, Lena Axen Jergmo is a passionate coach dedicated to empowering leaders to discover their inherent strengths, navigate their unique paths, and unlock their full potential. Her extensive background includes firsthand leadership experience within the business sector, serving in roles such as HR Manager and HR/Leadership Developer for a variety of both large and small companies. Lena has also spent many years on management teams and has experience with matrix leadership. As a coach, Lena is direct, challenging, supportive, and empathetic, always aligning her approach with your personal aspirations. She offers coaching services both online and in person, based in Skåne. Lena also works as a consultant, assisting organizations with change management and transformation initiatives.
