About Marie LHOTE: With an engineering background, Marie spent 15 years in the corporate world, initially within the industrial sector (electronics, automotive) and then in retail (watchmaking and jewelry). Throughout her career, she held various management roles, including cross-functional management as a project leader, non-hierarchical operational management as a key account quality manager, and hierarchical and strategic management as a Quality Director. Notably, she gained six years of experience in executive leadership committees. Marie is now dedicated to supporting individuals in leadership positions to cultivate authentic and humanistic leadership styles and to foster a collaborative management culture within organizations.
