Maximilien Kernbaum brings over three decades of leadership and team development experience, cultivated across both France and the United States. His initial career focused on value creation within the agro-food industry. It was within this sector, while receiving coaching himself in his first management role in 2008, that Maximilien encountered professional coaching and recognized its profound, long-term impact on generating value. This discovery proved transformative, a realization he is eager to impart to others. For several years now, he has been professionally coaching business leaders, senior executives, and high-potential individuals across a diverse range of industries. These include pharmaceuticals, agro-food, hygiene, and chemicals, as well as various service sectors like logistics and financial services. Furthermore, since 2017, he has served as an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA programs at Brown University in Providence, USA, and at IE Business School in Madrid.
