His experience also includes a period in research, where he encountered remarkable individuals and cutting-edge technologies. This diverse background led him to a crucial realization: the human factor is paramount to startup success. Factors such as purpose, values, motivation, dedication, team unity, and collaboration are the driving forces behind accomplishment. Leveraging his technological expertise, extensive entrepreneurial experience as a serial founder, and his certification as a professional coach, Michel now guides entrepreneurs in developing their businesses with a focus on both tranquility and effective synergy. His coaching methodology addresses three key areas: maximizing team potential, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the crucial alignment between the two.
