Nathalie SIROP's professional journey has always been driven by a strong commitment to active listening. This principle guided her early career in Internal Auditing, a field literally rooted in the Latin word "audire," meaning "to hear" or "to listen." She then transitioned into Recruitment and Human Resources, where she spent 15 years in senior HR leadership roles. Ultimately, she decided to focus intensely on the "human" aspect of HR, pursuing certification as a Coach and becoming an HR Consultant. A natural optimist, Nathalie firmly believes that every individual possesses the inherent capabilities required to achieve their aspirations. She views coaching as a powerful catalyst for embracing change and discovering one's true self. As Paulo Coelho wisely stated in "The Alchemist," "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."
