Olivier FRIEDMAN holds a degree from Telecom Sud Paris and amassed 17 years of experience in engineering and management roles, primarily as a CTO. In 2014, he pursued an Executive MBA at HEC, further enhancing his expertise with a certification in "Innovative Management & Entrepreneurial Leadership" from Babson College in the USA. This experience inspired him to launch two startups. He believes success is built on the interconnected pillars of technology, business acumen, and human capital. To deepen his understanding and application of these principles, he completed a professional coaching program at an ICF-accredited institution, earning his PCC certification. He has since established his own consulting, training, and coaching firm. In this capacity, he guides executives, managers, and teams in unlocking their potential and fostering a sense of calm to drive enhanced performance. Olivier also shares his insights on these topics with students at prominent engineering and business schools, including HEC, Polytechnique, and Dauphine.
