Pamela ROUDIY guides individuals and groups undertaking significant transformations within their businesses, associations, or personal lives. As a Franco-Canadian with a multicultural and multidisciplinary background, she is driven by a passion for fostering and promoting initiatives that bring deep meaning to our complex world. Since 2017, Pamela has served as a supervisor, working with both individuals and teams. She provides guidance to coaches in training at Coach Académie®, as well as external and internal coaches, executives, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, manager-coaches, psychotherapists, healthcare providers, and therapists through her PluraliSTe© Supervision Circles. Her supervision practice is rooted in a pluraliSTe© framework, drawing significantly from humanistic-existential, holistic, and cooperative systemic approaches. Pamela is a member of the French Federation of Professional Supervisors (PSF) and holds an ESIA*EMCC accreditation. A professional coach since 2012, Pamela is a certified Coach Practitioner©, NLP Coach©, and Leader Coach© by Coach Académie®. She possesses extensive experience in organizational, team, and individual coaching. Her professional accreditations include ICF (PCC) and EMCC (EIA Senior Practitioner). Pamela is also a certified trainer (FFP, 2011) and a Certified Co-development Facilitator (2015). She leverages her expertise in andragogy and group facilitation to deliver innovative corporate training programs. As an entrepreneur, Pamela founded CercleST® in 2008 and, since 2024, has been a Managing Partner at PlanetRH® SAS, a mission-driven company specializing in 4D© support for the **metamorphosis of both people and organizations**. Their mission is to create a professional environment where the dimensions of Meaning, Performance, Relationships, and Creativity are aligned, fostering new levels of consciousness and collaboration to help organizations reinvent, regenerate, and transform to achieve their highest potential.
